Digital Program & Integration Call Agreement

This Agreement is entered into between Kora + Liv Holdings LLC, doing business as Amanda Riley Photography (“Company”), and the enrolling participant (“Client”) upon purchase of The Empath Method Program.

By enrolling, Client agrees to the following:

1. Nature of the Program

The Empath Method is a personal development, grounding, and self-regulation program intended to support emotional awareness, nervous-system regulation, and personal insight.

This program is educational and experiential in nature. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care or crisis services.

Client acknowledges that participation is voluntary and assumes full responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

2. Program Inclusions

Enrollment includes:

• Full access to The Empath Method digital course

• Downloadable and printable ritual cards and scripts

• One (1) private 60-minute 1:1 integration call to be scheduled within thirty (30) days of purchase

3. Call Window

‍

The included 1:1 integration call must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of purchase.

If Client does not schedule their call within this window, the call is considered forfeited unless alternate arrangements are approved in writing by the Company.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access to digital materials and intellectual property:

All sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Failure to complete the program

• Failure to schedule the included call

• Scheduling conflicts

• Lack of participation or engagement

Client agrees that the purchase is non-refundable.

5. Personal Responsibility & Release of Liability

Client understands that emotional experiences may arise during personal development work and voluntarily assumes all associated risks.

Client releases and holds harmless Kora + Liv Holdings LLC, doing business as Amanda Riley Photography, its members, managers, contractors, employees, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in The Empath Method.

Client acknowledges that results may vary and that no specific emotional, physical, or personal outcomes are guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

All materials, recordings, scripts, rituals, downloads, and digital content provided in The Empath Method are the exclusive intellectual property of Kora + Liv Holdings LLC, doing business as Amanda Riley Photography.

Client may not copy, record, reproduce, share, resell, teach, distribute, transmit, or otherwise make available any portion of the program content without prior written consent from the Company.

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during the 1:1 integration call is treated with reasonable confidentiality and will not be disclosed without Client consent, except as required by law.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.

9. Agreement Acknowledgement

By enrolling, Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this Agreement.
